Responsible for the direction and performance of all field operations on Construction Management (CM) projects to ensure the work is performed in conformance with the project objectives and requirements.  Principal areas of responsibility are safety, cost, schedule, construction operations, quality, staffing, material control, field-based procurement, labor relations, and accounting.  Primary day-to-day interface with on-site client and trade contractor personnel. Manage, monitor, and control the field project organization and its functions from commencement of the Preconstruction Phase through completion of the Construction Phase of projects with a TIC of up to $25 million.
